Azurite Nodule Mineral Specimen Stone Rock Crystal Azurite is a copper carbonate hydroxide mineral. The name azurite comes from the Arabic word for blue. Azurite is used in jewelry and also collected as a beautiful mineral specimen. Metaphysical properties: Azurite is said to stimulate one's intellect, creativity, self-confidence & love. This is a gorgeous piece, with lots of sparkle on both sides! A rich royal blue, Azurite crystal specimen from the Czar Mine in Bisbee, Arizona. This piece is 2 inches long by 1.25 inches wide, and about .25 of an inch thick. It has pretty crystals on both side, and around the edges.
