Pink Rhdodnite Stone Hand Carved Animal Elephant Rock

This hand carved elephant is so cute! Beautiful deep pink and gray Rhodonite from Madagascar!

This stone gets its name from the Greek word for its rose color. It is a manganese metasilicate with a hardness of 5.5 to 6.5. The black dendritic inclusions are maganese oxide.

Rhodonite was once used to make service platters in Russia and was often given as a gift during royal czarist weddings.

Metaphysical properties: Rhodonite can help you discover and develop hidden talents. It is also said to help you lose weight!
