Galena Cube Polished Piece Stone Rock

Galena is the natural mineral form of lead sulfide. It is the most important lead ore mineral. Galena is one of the most abundant and widely distributed sulfide minerals. Argentiferous Galena is Galena that contains natural silver. These argentiferous galenas have long been the most important ore of silver in mining.

This material comes from the Atlas Mountains in Morocco.

This custom hand-cut cube is not quite perfect, but the sides are not quite 1.5 inches or 36 mm long and it weighs .76 lbs! It is a shiny silver material, but it has natural "fracture" lines.
