Brazilian Agate Geode Half Drusy Crystal Polished Rock A beautiful natural geode that was cut in half to reveal sparkling gray drusy crystals inside! The pocket opens in the back too! The agate around the crystals has been polished. The back has been left rough, but broken off. Found in Brazil Agate is a form of Chalcedony, or a microcrystalline quartz. The name is derived from its occurrence at the Achates River in southwestern Sicily. This piece is 4.5 inches by 2.25 inches and almost 2 inches thick.
