I'm sorry-we do not do custom cutting. Nor do we offer cutting services for your materials. However we do have a huge inventory, so if you do not find what you want, feel free to email or call us with your request. We do not have a store front! Shipping terms: We prefer to ship USPS Priority, but will ship anyway you want if you contact us first. Cabochons can be shipped First Class to save you money. If you don't see that option, just ask for it! We usually ship within 3 business days domestically and 1 week internationally. I am always happy to combine shipping or use Flat Rate Boxes. Insurance is optional but recommend for high dollar items. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. And please understand that First Class can take up to 2 months to receive! Payment terms: We prefer Paypal or credit card-Visa/Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. We can take credit cards over the internet or by phone at 623-465-2771. The site is totally secure using Prostores Security Cetificate. Sales Tax: By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses in Arizona. Return Policy: We will accept returns if the item is returned to us in good condition within 14 days of purchase. We do not refund shipping charges unless we made an error. Privacy Policy: Unless in the course of doing business (ie: the post office, your credit card company...), we promise to never share your information with anyone. Period! Wholesale: We DO NOT wholesale on this website. We do have a wholesale business named Barlow's and some of the items here are available at wholesale prices. Contact us with questions. Please note: Items are One of A Kind, due to the natural stone material there may be some natural cracks or inclusions. Close up pictures may actually enhance them.
