This natural rough rock stone slab of Medicine Bow Agate is 6 inches by 3.25 inches and 5 mm thick.
It weighs .22 lbs. and is shown wet in the first 2 pictures.
Medicine Bow Dendritic Agate is a white agate with black manganese spots or dendrites.
It is found in veins and bubbles in rock that has been permeated by volcanic gasses. It is found on the west side of the Laramie Range in the Wyoming Medicine Bow Country.
Dendrites were named after the Greek word meaning tree-like.
