This listing is for one bag weighing 60 grams of very tiny tumble polished stone chips of pretty green Peridot.
I only have one bag and you will get this exact one with all the stones pictured. Most of the stones are 1/4 inch or smaller.
Peridot, (pronounced both peri-dough or peri-dot), and also sometimes called chrysolite, is a yellow-green transparent variety of olivine. Peridot is one of the few gemstones that occur in only one color, green. The intensity and tint of the green, however, depends on the percentage of iron in the crystal structure, so the color of individual peridot gemstones can vary from yellow, to olive, to brownish-green.
This lovely bright green peridot is from the San Carlos Apache Indian Reservation in Arizona.
Peridot is the birthstone for August.
