This unpolished Serpentine and Limonite stone slab is 5.7 inches by 3.3 inches and thin at just 3 mm thick.
It weighs .16 lbs. and is shown wet in the first 2 pictures.
Serpentine is a magnesium silicate mineral. It ranges in color from pale yellow to forest green and is found in dense masses.
Originally this Serpentine had Pyrite inclusions.
Pyrite is often found altered to limonite, the crystal form being at times preserved, giving limonite pseudomorphs.
