Product Description
White Tube Agate Polished Rock Idaho
This lovely slabbed and polished on one face, rough everywhere else is a White Tube Agate and it is 2.7 inches by 2.2 inches and 1.39 inches at its thickest.
It stands up for display.
This piece is from an old collection, most likely self collected in the 50's or 60's. Another piece with it had the word "Idaho" written on it. I'm not sure where in Idaho, but my educated guess is along the Idaho/Oregon border and I believe in an area called the "million dollar hill".
Tube agate is a unique type of agate that has some outstanding tubular patterns. These patterns are formed due to hollow tubes or channels in the stone through which minerals can flow.
Metaphysical properties: In general agates are said to be stabilizing, strengthening and increase energy.
