This lovely iridescent Labradorite gemstone mouse figurine is hand carved.
The mouse figurine relief carving is 3.22 inches tall by 3.2 inches wide and 1.2 inches thick.
Semiprecious gemstone Labradorite has a background color of dark gray, but displays a beautiful iridescence, giving off rainbow-colored reflections known as labradorescence when light hits it in certain directions.
Labradorite is a feldspar and it shows the iridescent display of colors due to minute inclusions of another mineral.
It is named after where it was first found: Labrador, Canada, although our gemstone material comes from Madagascar.
Metaphysical Properties: Labradorite is thought by some to symbolize the moon and the sun. It is said to assist the wearer to handle changes, promoting strength and perseverance.
